بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Ya ayyuha alnnabiyyu itha tallaqtumu alnnisaa fatalliqoohunna liAAiddatihinna waahsoo alAAiddata waittaqoo Allaha rabbakum la tukhrijoohunna min buyootihinna wala yakhrujna illa an yateena bifahishatin mubayyinatin watilka hudoodu Allahi waman yataAAadda hudooda Allahi faqad thalama nafsahu la tadree laAAalla Allaha yuhdithu baAAda thalika amran
Yā 'Ayyuhā An-Nabīyu 'Idhā Ţallaqtumu An-Nisā' Faţalliqūhunna Li`iddatihinna Wa 'Aĥşū Al-`Iddata Wa Attaqū Allāha Rabbakum Lā Tukhrijūhunna Min Buyūtihinna Wa Lā Yakhrujna 'Illā 'An Ya'tīna Bifāĥishatin Mubayyinatin Wa Tilka Ĥudūdu Allāhi Wa Man Yata`adda Ĥudūda Allāhi Faqad Žalama Nafsahu Lā Tadrī La`alla Allāha Yuĥdithu Ba`da Dhālika 'Amrāan
O Prophet! When you divorce women, divorce them at [the conclusion of] their term and calculate the term, and be wary of Allah, your Lord. Do not turn them out from their homes, nor shall they go out, unless they commit a gross indecency. These are Allah’s bounds, and whoever transgresses the bounds of Allah certainly wrongs himself. You never know maybe Allah will bring off something new later on
Faitha balaghna ajalahunna faamsikoohunna bimaAAroofin aw fariqoohunna bimaAAroofin waashhidoo thaway AAadlin minkum waaqeemoo alshshahadata lillahi thalikum yooAAathu bihi man kana yuminu biAllahi waalyawmi alakhiri waman yattaqi Allaha yajAAal lahu makhrajan
Fa'idhā Balaghna 'Ajalahunna Fa'amsikūhunna Bima`rūfin 'Aw Fāriqūhunna Bima`rūfin Wa 'Ash/hidū Dhaway `Adlin Minkum Wa 'Aqīmū Ash-Shahādata Lillāhi Dhālikum Yū`ažu Bihi Man Kāna Yu'uminu Billāhi Wa Al-Yawmi Al-'Ākhiri Wa Man Yattaqi Allāha Yaj`al Lahu Makhrajāan
Then, when they have completed their term, either retain them honourably or separate from them honourably, and take the witness of two honest men from among yourselves, and bear witness for the sake of Allah. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day is advised to [comply with] this. Whoever is wary of Allah, He shall make for him a way out [of the adversities of the world and the Hereafter]
Wayarzuqhu min haythu la yahtasibu waman yatawakkal AAala Allahi fahuwa hasbuhu inna Allaha balighu amrihi qad jaAAala Allahu likulli shayin qadran
Wa Yarzuqhu Min Ĥaythu Lā Yaĥtasibu Wa Man Yatawakkal `Alá Allāhi Fahuwa Ĥasbuhu 'Inna Allāha Bālighu 'Amrihi Qad Ja`ala Allāhu Likulli Shay'in Qadrāan
and provide for him from whence he does not count upon. And whoever puts his trust in Allah, He will suffice him. Indeed Allah carries through His commands. Certainly, Allah has ordained a measure [and extent] for everything
Waallaee yaisna mina almaheedi min nisaikum ini irtabtum faAAiddatuhunna thalathatu ashhurin waallaee lam yahidna waolatu alahmali ajaluhunna an yadaAAna hamlahunna waman yattaqi Allaha yajAAal lahu min amrihi yusran
Wa Al-Lā'ī Ya'isna Mina Al-Maĥīđi Min Nisā'ikum 'Ini Artabtum Fa`iddatuhunna Thalāthatu 'Ash/hurin Wa Al-Lā'ī Lam Yaĥiđna Wa 'Ūlātu Al-'Aĥmāli 'Ajaluhunna 'An Yađa`na Ĥamlahunna Wa Man Yattaqi Allāha Yaj`al Lahu Min 'Amrihi Yusrāan
As for those of your wives who have ceased having menses—[or] if you have any doubts [concerning its cause, whether it’s is age or something else]—their term [of waiting] and of those who have not yet had menses, shall be three months. As for those who are pregnant, their term shall be until they deliver. And whoever is wary of Allah, He shall grant him ease in his affairs
Thalika amru Allahi anzalahu ilaykum waman yattaqi Allaha yukaffir AAanhu sayyiatihi wayuAAthim lahu ajran
Dhālika 'Amru Allāhi 'Anzalahu 'Ilaykum Wa Man Yattaqi Allāha Yukaffir `Anhu Sayyi'ātihi Wa Yu`žim Lahu 'Ajrāan
That is Allah’s ordinance, which He has sent down to you, and whoever is wary of Allah, He shall absolve him of his misdeeds and give him a great reward
Askinoohunna min haythu sakantum min wujdikum wala tudarroohunna litudayyiqoo AAalayhinna wain kunna olati hamlin faanfiqoo AAalayhinna hatta yadaAAna hamlahunna fain ardaAAna lakum faatoohunna ojoorahunna watamiroo baynakum bimaAAroofin wain taAAasartum fasaturdiAAu lahu okhra
Askinūhunna Min Ĥaythu Sakantum Min Wujdikum Wa Lā Tuđārrūhunna Lituđayyiqū `Alayhinna Wa 'In Kunna 'Ūlāti Ĥamlin Fa'anfiqū `Alayhinna Ĥattá Yađa`na Ĥamlahunna Fa'in 'Arđa`na Lakum Fa'ātūhunna 'Ujūrahunna Wa 'Tamirū Baynakum Bima`rūfin Wa 'In Ta`āsartum Fasaturđi`u Lahu 'Ukhrá
House them where you live, in accordance with your means, and do not harass them to put them in straits, and should they be pregnant, maintain them until they deliver. Then, if they suckle [the baby] for you, give them their wages and consult together honourably. But if you make things difficult for each other, then another woman will suckle [the baby] for him
Liyunfiq thoo saAAatin min saAAatihi waman qudira AAalayhi rizquhu falyunfiq mimma atahu Allahu la yukallifu Allahu nafsan illa ma ataha sayajAAalu Allahu baAAda AAusrin yusran
Liyunfiq Dhū Sa`atin Min Sa`atihi Wa Man Qudira `Alayhi Rizquhu Falyunfiq Mimmā 'Ātāhu Allāhu Lā Yukallifu Allāhu Nafsāan 'Illā Mā 'Ātāhā Sayaj`alu Allāhu Ba`da `Usrin Yusrāan
Let the affluent man spend out of his affluence, and let he whose provision has been tightened spend out of what Allah has given him. Allah does not task any soul except [according to] what He has given it. Allah will bring about ease after hardship
Wakaayyin min qaryatin AAatat AAan amri rabbiha warusulihi fahasabnaha hisaban shadeedan waAAaththabnaha AAathaban nukran
Wa Ka'ayyin Min Qaryatin `Atat `An 'Amri Rabbihā Wa Rusulihi Faĥāsabnāhā Ĥisābāan Shadīdāan Wa `Adhabnāhā `Adhābāan Nukrāan
How many a town defied the command of its Lord and His apostles, then We called it to a severe account and punished it with a dire punishment
Fathaqat wabala amriha wakana AAaqibatu amriha khusran
Fadhāqat Wabāla 'Amrihā Wa Kāna `Āqibatu 'Amrihā Khusrāan
So it tasted the evil consequences of its conduct, and the outcome of its conduct was ruin
aAAadda Allahu lahum AAathaban shadeedan faittaqoo Allaha ya olee alalbabi allatheena amanoo qad anzala Allahu ilaykum thikran
A`adda Allāhu Lahum `Adhābāan Shadīdāan Fa Attaqū Allāha Yā 'Ūlī Al-'Albābi Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Qad 'Anzala Allāhu 'Ilaykum Dhikrāan
Allah has prepared for them a severe punishment. So be wary of Allah, O you who possess intellect and have faith! Allah has already sent down to you a reminder
Rasoolan yatloo AAalaykum ayati Allahi mubayyinatin liyukhrija allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati mina alththulumati ila alnnoori waman yumin biAllahi wayaAAmal salihan yudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu khalideena feeha abadan qad ahsana Allahu lahu rizqan
Rasūlāan Yatlū `Alaykum 'Āyāti Allāhi Mubayyinātin Liyukhrija Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Mina Až-Žulumāti 'Ilá An-Nūri Wa Man Yu'umin Billāhi Wa Ya`mal Şāliĥāan Yudkhilhu Jannātin Tajrī Min Taĥtihā Al-'Anhāru Khālidīna Fīhā 'Abadāan Qad 'Aĥsana Allāhu Lahu Rizqāan
an apostle reciting to you the manifest signs of Allah that He may bring out those who have faith and do righteous deeds from darkness into light. And whoever has faith in Allah and does righteous deeds, He shall admit him into gardens with streams running in them, to remain in them forever. Allah has certainly granted him an excellent provision
Allahu allathee khalaqa sabAAa samawatin wamina alardi mithlahunna yatanazzalu alamru baynahunna litaAAlamoo anna Allaha AAala kulli shayin qadeerun waanna Allaha qad ahata bikulli shayin AAilman
Allāhu Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Sab`a Samāwātin Wa Mina Al-'Arđi Mithlahunna Yatanazzalu Al-'Amru Baynahunna Lita`lamū 'Anna Allāha `Alá Kulli Shay'in Qadīrun Wa 'Anna Allāha Qad 'Aĥāţa Bikulli Shay'in `Ilmāan
It is Allah who has created seven heavens, and of the earth [a number] similar to them. The command gradually descends through them, that you may know that Allah has power over all things, and that Allah comprehends all things in knowledge
