بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
Lam yakuni allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi waalmushrikeena munfakkeena hatta tatiyahumu albayyinatu
Lam Yakuni Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Min 'Ahli Al-Kitābi Wa Al-Mushrikīna Munfakkīna Ĥattá Ta'tiyahumu Al-Bayyinahu
The disbelievers among the People of the Book and the pagans disbelieved (in Islam) only after receiving divine testimony
Rasoolun mina Allahi yatloo suhufan mutahharatan
Rasūlun Mina Allāhi Yatlū Şuĥufāan Muţahharahan
a Messenger (Muhammad) from God, reciting to them parts of the purified
Feeha kutubun qayyimatun
Fīhā Kutubun Qayyimahun
holy Book which contain eternal laws of guidance
Wama tafarraqa allatheena ootoo alkitaba illa min baAAdi ma jaathumu albayyinatu
Wa Mā Tafarraqa Al-Ladhīna 'Ūtū Al-Kitāba 'Illā Min Ba`di Mā Jā'at/humu Al-Bayyinahu
Nor did the People of the Book disagreed among themselves until after receiving the ancient divine testaments
Wama omiroo illa liyaAAbudoo Allaha mukhliseena lahu alddeena hunafaa wayuqeemoo alssalata wayutoo alzzakata wathalika deenu alqayyimati
Wa Mā 'Umirū 'Illā Liya`budū Allāha Mukhlişīna Lahu Ad-Dīna Ĥunafā'a Wa Yuqīmū Aş-Şalāata Wa Yu'utū Az-Zakāata Wa Dhalika Dīnu Al-Qayyimahi
They were only commanded to worship God, be uprightly devoted to His religion, steadfast in prayer and pay the zakat. This is truly the eternal religion
Inna allatheena kafaroo min ahli alkitabi waalmushrikeena fee nari jahannama khalideena feeha olaika hum sharru albariyyati
Inna Al-Ladhīna Kafarū Min 'Ahli Al-Kitābi Wa Al-Mushrikīna Fī Nāri Jahannama Khālidīna Fīhā 'Ūlā'ika Hum Sharru Al-Barīyahi
The disbelievers among the People of the Book and the pagans will dwell forever in hell; they are the worst of all creatures
Inna allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati olaika hum khayru albariyyati
Inna Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti 'Ūlā'ika Hum Khayru Al-Barīyahi
The righteously striving believers are the best of all creatures
Jazaohum AAinda rabbihim jannatu AAadnin tajree min tahtiha alanharu khalideena feeha abadan radiya Allahu AAanhum waradoo AAanhu thalika liman khashiya rabbahu
Jazā'uuhum `Inda Rabbihim Jannātu `Adnin Tajrī Min Taĥtihā Al-'Anhāru Khālidīna Fīhā 'Abadāan Rađiya Allāhu `Anhum Wa Rađū `Anhu Dhālika Liman Khashiya Rabbahu
Their reward from their Lord will be the gardens of Eden wherein streams flow and wherein they will live forever. God will be pleased with them and they will be pleased with Him. This (reward) is for those who fear their Lord
